Peparnas XVII Solo: Jakarta Sits on Third Place of Temporary Medal Table

Entering the sixth day of Peparnas XVII Solo, Central Java, Saturday (10/12) morning, Jakarta contingent temporarily sits on third place of medal table with 28 golds, 24 silvers, and 24 bronzes.

I already proud with atheletes

Jakarta Youth and Sport Agency Head, Andri Yansyah hopes the medal achievement can be added up to last match on Sunday (10/13).

"The table position surely will move. But I already proud with atheletes who won gold, silver, and bronze," he said.

His side remains to give support for athletes competing today and tomorrow. He appeales the athletes to remain focus and consistent.

"Yesterday we've got 20 golds, and today we have 28. Thanks to the disabled athlete's spirit," he added.

The temporary top five of medal table are as follow;

1. Central Java with 126 golds, 97 silvers and 93 bronzes

2. West Java with 91 golds, 87 silvers and 102 bronzes

3. Jakarta with 28 golds, 24 silvers and 24 bronzes

4. North Sumatera with 25 golds, 21 silvers and 16 bronzes

5. Papua with 23 golds, 30 silvers and 26 bronzes
